About the Role
The role supervises a team of entry‑ to intermediate‑level field service professionals, managing daily priorities, optimizing manpower and resources, responding to customer complaints, and escalating critical issues to senior management. It involves close coordination with technicians, unions, and service coordinators to ensure efficient service delivery and quality assurance. • Serve as primary liaison between field technicians and union, handling onboarding and communication. • Maintain relationship with Union SME for tech quoting and drive operational sales charges. • Schedule and conduct training, including onsite sessions, and oversee fleet and site visits with jobsite QA. • Engage with customers and coordinate with Service Coordinators on daily and extended schedules. • Review preventive maintenance plans for contract renewals and new agreements. • Approve daily time entries, manage weekly payroll, and resolve related issues. • Perform site and safety inspections. • Provide tax‑advantaged accounts (HSA, healthcare spending, dependent care) and tuition assistance.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC system knowledge and component expertise. • At least 5 years management experience overseeing service technicians and customers. • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable by Carrier.

Benefits
Compensation for this position ranges from $98,750 to $138,250 annually, reflecting factors such as skills, education, experience, and unique qualifications.
