About the Role
The role focuses on expanding the Bussman brand’s market presence and profitability through strategic customer and channel initiatives. • Implement the go‑to‑market strategy for the Bussman business. • Drive key customer relationships, negotiations and channel engagement to meet sales, profit and market‑share targets. • Enhance and expand the new channel network. • Develop and nurture markets in the assigned Gujarat regions. • Achieve territory sales targets for the Bussman brand of fuses. • Provide technical support on product applications to partners and customers. • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with the plant to guarantee timely product delivery. • Collect 100 % of payments within the agreed period.
