They are expected to meet or exceed individual productivity targets, resolve problem invoices with urgency, and address quality control issues in problem queues, while also handling other duties assigned by a supervisor or manager. Required qualification is a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include up to six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, and finance, and experience with similar processes, though candidates with excellent communication and analytical skills may be considered even without prior experience. The position involves repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination, sitting, talking, and hearing in a professional office environment that uses standard equipment such as computers and phones.
