About the Role
• Spread concrete to the required depth and workable consistency. • Prep substrate with cementitious or finish products and set forms to standards. • Finish surfaces using a power trowel or abrasive stone to achieve the desired texture. • Remove rough or defective spots with a power grinder, chisel, or hammer. • Patch holes using fresh concrete or epoxy compound. • Mold expansion joints and edges. • Grind, chip, or blast surfaces for preparation or final finish. • Clean the work area and restock supplies and materials as needed. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels. • Perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements; lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (assisted over 50 lb).
