About the Role
You’ll also help maintain the department running efficiently by coordinating digital assets, tracking work in project management tools, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Your eye for detail, commitment to quality, and curiosity about new design and printing technologies ensure that every package leaving the company reflects excellence and consistency. • Develop and produce high‑quality packaging artwork and related design assets, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery. • Collaborate closely with designers, printers, and internal stakeholders throughout the production process. • Support Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, Product, and Channel teams to ensure packaging initiatives align with company standards and vendor requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with print suppliers, conducting press checks, attending weekly meetings, and ensuring quality expectations are met. • Adhere to Creative Operations workflows and ensure completed packaging and product images are accurately uploaded to the digital asset management system. • Apply operational and regulatory requirements to packaging development while reviewing all outgoing materials for accuracy and brand compliance. • Track assignments and maintain accurate reporting within the project management system. • Organize and maintain packaging digital assets for companywide re‑purposing. • Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, tools, hardware, and software to increase quality, speed, and efficiency. • Conduct ongoing research into design software, printing technologies, and industry trends to keep the department operating at peak performance. • Meet with internal clients to review project needs, timelines, and expectations, ensuring alignment across teams.

What You Bring
To thrive as a Sr. Graphic Production Specialist, you bring strong technical develop skills, extensive knowledge of print production, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams. You’ll develop premium packaging by creating artwork, die lines and managing color accuracy. You’ll work with printers and internal partners to ensure every project meets brand, regulatory, and production standards. • Strong proficiency with 5+ years’ experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); Microsoft applications knowledge helpful. • Familiarity with project and asset software such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, or Adobe Experience Manager. • Deep understanding of prepress, print production, die line creation, and various print processes, materials, and techniques. • Thorough knowledge of visual design principles—including layout, color, balance, form, and function—and ability to translate concepts into print‑ready packaging. • Experience working directly with printers and vendors, attending press checks to ensure color accuracy and brand consistency. • Strong organizational skills with ability to independently plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects. • Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Product, and Channel teams. • Comfort working in a MAC OS X environment and willingness to pursue ongoing learning in design software, printing technologies, and industry advancements. • Platform expertise: 3–5 years with Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets, and Adobe Creative Suite programs. • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, art, or a related creative field.

Company: Behr Paint Company. Shift 1 (United States of America). Full time. Hiring Range: $28.60 • $44.88 USD.
