PFI Contract Delivery manager
Oversee FM services delivery for PFI/PPP contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Job Highlights
About the Role
Working closely with the Account Manager (PFI/PPP) and other internal key stakeholders, you will ensure that PFI/PPP and other non‑PFI contracts assigned to you comply with FM and Project Agreement requirements and all statutory regulations. You will maximise revenue and profit opportunities through robust deduction management, effective deployment of direct labour, procurement gains and the development of an appropriate lifecycle strategy. You will manage the delivery of FM services, overseeing performance, health and safety, quality and profitability while ensuring compliance with client standards and contractual agreements. This includes developing site‑specific policies, maintaining positive client relationships, leading staff development, monitoring performance, reporting monthly to clients and account directors, managing risk, budgets and P&L, meeting legislative requirements, and supporting on‑call engineers as needed. • Deliver FM services ensuring performance, health & safety, quality and profitability. • Ensure compliance with Project and FM Agreements, client standards, Building Bulletins and Service Output Specification. • Develop site‑specific policies and operational procedures aligned with company values and client requirements. • Maintain constructive relationships with client representatives (End User & SPV). • Lead and develop staff, foster positive culture, implement training and retain talent. • Produce monthly performance reports for client and Account Director, highlighting compliance, risks and opportunities. • Implement risk management controls, health & safety systems and audits. • Manage contract budgets to achieve value for money and cost‑effectiveness. • Report monthly and YTD P&L performance, control aged debt and recover WIP. • Ensure all legislative requirements are met across facilities. • Act as Responsible Person for Legionella, HTM AP LV, HTM AP CP, HTM AP Ventas and other HTM duties. • Support on‑call engineers in the call‑out rota. • Work flexibly within the wider IFM team to contribute to growth and profitability.

What You Bring
• Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector. • Experience working within an NHS/Education environment. • Experience developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts. • High level of administration and organisational skills. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Concept/Vixen.
