About the Role

The role involves installing equipment and machinery, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment, and maintaining accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Responsibilities also include assigning work duties for maintenance personnel, providing technical support for maintenance activities, and communicating equipment and plant status as required. • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and plant systems. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance; complete maintenance logs and documentation. • Assign work duties, provide technical support, and coach maintenance team members. • Communicate equipment status and support work order closure in LMX3, Gembas, and MESH Prism. • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.

What You Bring

The position requires a minimum of five years of industrial maintenance experience covering mechanical and production equipment, five years of electrical experience, and at least one year of leadership experience. Candidates must have experience assigning tasks using a computerized maintenance management system, be able to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics, and have familiarity with wastewater treatment and PLC/HMI programming. Work is performed in various locations, including confined spaces and at heights, requiring the use of fall protection, lockout/tagout procedures, and other safety processes. Physical demands include standing continuously, lifting 40‑50 lb, and wearing required PPE such as safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, and hearing protection. Environmental exposures include sharp objects, pinch points, and oil, and the role may involve welding, pipe fitting, and rigging. Technical expertise should include advanced skills in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting and repair, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and parts breakdowns. Familiarity with safety standards such as electrical safety, arc flash, and lockout/tagout, as well as knowledge of DC and AC power up to three‑phase 480‑volt AC, is essential. • Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance (mechanical & production equipment) and 5 years electrical experience. • At least 1 year leadership experience; experienced with computerized maintenance management system. • Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics; familiarity with PLC/HMI programming. • Residency within 50 miles of Amarillo, TX (military exemption applies); no relocation assistance offered. • Physical ability to stand continuously, lift 40‑50 lb, work in confined spaces, and use required PPE. • Proficient in hydraulic/pneumatic systems, electrical, mechanical, PLC troubleshooting, welding, pipe‑fitting, and rigging. • Knowledge of safety standards (lockout/tagout, arc flash) and AC power up to 480 V three‑phase.
