As a Sales Executive on the LoopNet Digital Advertising team in downtown Los Angeles, you will represent sophisticated digital marketing solutions and partner with top owners and brokers to craft comprehensive advertising strategies. Your success depends on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising clients on product reach, frequency, brand impact, and ROI using proprietary analytics. Daily activities include prospecting, market research, and delivering compelling product demonstrations. • Build trusted client relationships through consultative sales and advise on strategic marketing plans. • Prospect and close new business using CoStar’s property data. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive revenue. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends. • Deliver exceptional customer support with regular communication and market insights. • Conduct in‑person meetings and travel as needed to engage clients.

What You Bring

New Sales Executives receive extensive classroom and field training to develop deep product and industry knowledge, as well as digital marketing and sales skills through collaboration with internal experts, product marketing, and product management specialists. The role requires an on‑site presence in the Downtown Los Angeles office and regular travel for in‑person client meetings. • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience. • At least 2 years of commercial real‑estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to build long‑term relationships with senior/C‑suite clients. • Strong data analysis and reporting skills to make strategic recommendations. • Flexible and adaptable in a high‑growth environment. • Self‑starter who works well independently and within a team.
