About the Role
As a Front Desk Clerk you will ensure every guest interaction is positive, manage check‑in and check‑out, maintain reservation records, handle payments, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests, restock the front desk, provide local information, and prepare required reports for management. • Ensure every guest interaction is positive during check‑in/check‑out and request handling • Input and maintain reservation data in the computer system • Resolve unit availability and assist guests with reservations or changes • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise • Maintain safety deposit boxes • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests with appropriate departments • Restock front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets • Provide information on local attractions and resort amenities • Prepare correspondence and reports for management

What You Bring
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written • Courteous, professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations • Flexible schedule availability and ability to cover shifts on short notice • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines • Minimum six months of customer service experience • Experience as a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent (preferred) • Experience handling cash/credit card transactions (preferred) • Background in resort hospitality or related industry (preferred)
