About the Role
The Engineer – GIS Master Planning will produce detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, manage and analyse spatial data, and integrate GIS information into design workflows to support infrastructure planning while ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations. • Create accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings, including layouts, plans, elevations, and construction documents. • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop compliant design outputs. • Manage and analyse spatial data using ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro to support planning and design activities. • Develop, maintain, and analyse infrastructure network models. • Integrate GIS data into AutoCAD drawings and produce maps and visual data layers for planning and presentations. • Maintain GIS databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Review project documentation and designs for compliance with NOC standards and regulatory requirements. • Assist in preparing NOC-related reports and recommend adjustments when standards or classifications change. • Support project coordination by merging AutoCAD and GIS data into planning workflows. • Provide technical support for AutoCAD and GIS applications to ensure efficient project delivery. • Organise and maintain AutoCAD and GIS files with version control for accessibility. • Conduct quality control checks on drawings, maps, and technical documentation. • Prepare technical reports, maps, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Utilise Oracle and relevant business application software effectively. • Apply project management, analysis, communication, and presentation skills.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires strong proficiency with GIS platforms (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro) and AutoCAD drafting, solid MS Office 365 capabilities, experience with Oracle and related business applications, and effective project management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. • Demonstrate proficiency in GIS software, AutoCAD drafting, and MS Office 365.
