About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, including stairs and large doors.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to half of the time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds clean and free of debris. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for travel between locations (reimbursed). • Prefer candidates with customer‑service or sales experience in retail, restaurant, or similar environments.
