About the Role

The Marketing Manager will provide strategic marketing support to a Pacific Northwest property portfolio, partnering with operational leadership and clients to develop, execute, and optimize marketing plans that drive leasing performance. This hybrid role combines remote work with up to 30 % travel to locations such as Vancouver, Spokane, Bend, Mill Creek, and Portland. • Partner with operational leadership to develop and execute property marketing strategies that support leasing goals. • Leverage centralized marketing team, vendor partners, and digital platforms to create and implement marketing plans. • Analyze leasing and marketing performance, prepare reports, and present data‑driven recommendations to leadership and clients. • Establish short‑ and long‑term goals with timelines, benchmarks, and KPIs to guide decision‑making. • Conduct regular calls with operational teams and clients to review community marketing performance. • Deliver leasing and marketing training and share best practices with onsite teams. • Design campaigns for prospect acquisition, resident referrals, and events to boost social media presence and qualified traffic. • Create 30‑60‑90‑day action plans for properties falling short of occupancy targets. • Present recommendations, outlining pros, cons, risks, and rewards to operations and ownership.
