The senior architect will join Dillon’s Architectural Discipline in Ottawa or Kingston, working on complex research, institutional, healthcare, or educational projects. This role offers the chance to lead design vision, manage project schedules, and deliver high‑quality, technically sophisticated solutions while enjoying flexible work hours to balance personal and professional commitments. • Hold a registration as an Architect licensed (or eligible) in Ontario. • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience delivering complex projects. • Demonstrate strong time‑management, scheduling, and collaboration skills. • Exhibit excellent design, presentation, and graphic communication abilities. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, Revit, and Bluebeam. • Use of AI tools in recruitment to improve efficiency and fairness.

Compensation includes a salary range of $103,200 to $153,200, determined by experience, education, and region, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
