About the Role
The consultant will partner with clients to develop digital strategies, define success criteria, assess processes, and justify the business value of initiatives. They will guide BIM and emerging technology adoption for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, shape consulting service offerings, and lead facilitated workshops to identify solution opportunities. Collaboration with Autodesk account and project‑management teams will ensure delivery against Customer Success Plans and tracking of solution value. • Develop client digital strategies, define success metrics, and assess current processes. • Create business value justifications and implementation plans for BIM and MEP solutions. • Lead facilitated workshops to uncover solution opportunities and guide clients on solution paths. • Shape Autodesk Technical Advisory MEP service offering and delivery model. • Collaborate with account teams to build Customer Success Plans and ensure successful execution. • Track and document the value and impact of consulting solutions for clients. • Contribute to new consulting service offerings and expand Autodesk Consulting brand through industry presentations and publications. • Advise on project estimation and support business development activities.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction or a related field, at least five years of hands‑on MEP experience with Autodesk products (e.g., Revit, Construction Cloud), and three years leading business‑improvement initiatives using digital solutions. Candidates must demonstrate strategic thinking, program and change management, strong written and oral communication, workshop facilitation, and the ability to work across technical, sales, and project teams. Travel up to 30 % is required. Preferred qualifications add deep knowledge of MEP design and construction practices, experience defining business strategy in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing domains, advanced proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, and Navisworks, and a proven record of enterprise‑level change leadership. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction or related field. • 5+ years hands‑on MEP experience, preferably with Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. • 3+ years leading digital‑driven business improvement initiatives. • Proven strategic, program, change‑management and communication skills; ability to facilitate workshops. • Willingness to travel up to 30 % for events and client meetings. • Deep knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and construction practices. • Experience defining and executing business strategies in MEP domains. • Advanced expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud (all modules), Revit, and Navisworks. • Track record of driving enterprise‑level change initiatives.
