About the Role

• Guide managers on non‑exempt issues such as attendance, timekeeping, overtime, and conduct. • Ensure compliance with FLSA, state labor laws, and internal hourly‑employee policies. • Partner with managers to address performance concerns, conduct investigations, and apply corrective actions. • Educate managers on time‑entry, approval processes, and overtime management. • Monitor absenteeism, tardiness, and off‑the‑clock work trends and intervene as needed. • Deliver training to new people managers on best practices for employee management. • Advise leaders on organizational design, team dynamics, and employee engagement. • Provide HR analytics on turnover, engagement, and compliance using dashboards and tools. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs for non‑exempt staff.
