About the Role
The Commission Manager leads QA/QC for high‑rise residential construction, acting as the primary site representative and ensuring client objectives are met through value‑added quality services. In service delivery, the role handles commissions of varying size and complexity, integrates civil and structural quality knowledge, recommends full QA/QC documentation, reviews inspection standards, oversees testing methods, and ensures material compliance with project specifications. It also develops test schedules, supports staff on quality standards, collaborates with contractors and suppliers, and monitors project activities to guarantee quality requirements are met. The manager works with the Area Manager or Director to develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective Turner & Townsend clients. • Lead QA/QC for high‑rise residential projects, ensuring client objectives are met. • Manage commissions of varying sizes and complexity, interfacing civil and structural disciplines. • Prepare and recommend comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibrations, test results, and non‑compliance reports. • Review and set inspection and testing standards, oversee testing methods, and maintain high quality across processes. • Ensure material compliance with project specifications and coordinate procurement with the materials department. • Develop and implement effective test and inspection schedules. • Train and support staff on quality standards, manuals, and procedures, collaborating with contractors and suppliers. • Monitor project activities, record data, and analyze processes to meet quality requirements. • Support business development by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients. • Adhere to Turner & Townsend’s global environmental policy.

What You Bring
The position must adhere to the company’s global environmental policy. Candidates should hold a B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, preferably a graduate degree in Project Management, and have at least eight years of relevant construction experience with a demonstrated career growth trajectory. Strong technical and communication skills and a thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle are required. • Hold a B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and preferably a graduate degree in Project Management. • Possess 8+ years of construction experience with demonstrated career growth. • Demonstrate strong technical and communication skills and a thorough understanding of the project lifecycle.
