Service Technician

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues including HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You will ensure that both the interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws, respond to maintenance tickets, follow up with residents and office staff on work status, and work in an on‑call rotation requiring night and weekend flexibility. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property compliance with standards and laws. • Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and communicate status to residents and staff. • Participate in an on‑call rotation with night and weekend availability. • Earn monthly renewal commissions and quarterly $300 Morgan Essentials.
