About the Role

The role involves performing new installations, retrofits, and change‑outs of residential HVAC equipment. You will manage the entire installation process from demolition through to commissioning, document performance data, and ensure compliance with building codes. • Install new, retrofit, and change‑out residential HVAC systems. • Manage complete installations from demolition to commissioning with minimal supervision. • Document commissioning metrics such as subcooling, superheat, amperages, and airflow. • Survey and assess residences for potential new projects. • Draft equipment, material, and scope‑of‑work documentation. • Manage resources, equipment, tools, and parts for each job and company van. • Communicate with customers to understand needs, explain options, and guarantee coverage. • Follow "The Baker Way" in all tasks. • Promote teamwork and recognize collaborative behavior.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold EPA, NATE, or similar HVAC certifications, have at least two years of installation experience or equivalent apprenticeship training, and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong customer‑service skills and the ability to work flexible hours. • Apply knowledge of residential building codes and compliance regulations. • Hold EPA, NATE, or equivalent HVAC certifications (preferred). • Minimum 2 years residential HVAC installation experience or equivalent apprenticeship and training. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Demonstrate strong customer focus and positive presentation skills. • Flexible to work variable hours, including overtime.
