About the Role
• Restore residential and commercial properties to dry standards efficiently. • Monitor and record temperature and humidity on job sites. • Set up emergency equipment, prepare contents for storage, and lift items into storage. • Establish containment areas and drying chambers. • Clean, HEPA‑vacuum, and disinfect contaminated contents and work areas. • Complete site documentation: moisture maps, field logs, photos, and videos. • Follow safety regulations, site‑specific safety plans, and wear protective gear. • Operate routine tools and equipment and perform preventative maintenance. • Conduct inspections and maintain assigned equipment. • Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.

What You Bring
Technical skills include basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, as well as calculating rates, ratios, and percentages. Strong communication abilities are required, including reading and interpreting safety rules, operating manuals, and procedural documents, writing routine reports and correspondence, and speaking effectively to customers and employees. The work environment is typically dirty, dusty, noisy, and may involve uneven surfaces, hazardous substances, inclement weather, and the use of personal protective equipment. Frequent travel is required, and reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. The position demands good physical health, OSHA‑HAZWOPER medical clearance, ability to wear full and half‑face respirators, work in confined spaces, and regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clear record. • Possess 2–4 years of construction/restoration experience with water/fire damage and hazardous waste handling. • IICRC Water Restoration certification or heavy‑equipment operation experience is a plus. • Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions. • Exhibit good communication skills and commitment to company safety policies. • Be legally eligible to work in the United States; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
