About the Role
As an Asset Management Intern you will gain hands‑on exposure to managing the financial and operational performance of a diverse real estate portfolio, working closely with the Asset Management Team to analyze market trends, support portfolio reporting, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive value across Core’s assets. • Prepare portfolio performance summaries for decision‑making • Review leasing performance, market trends, and recommend rental rates • Assist in budgeting and forecasting by compiling data and drafting analyses • Create and maintain internal dashboards and recurring reports for leadership • Consolidate market research and distribute insights to internal teams • Coordinate with Operations, Property Accounting, and other partners to meet reporting timelines • Shadow retail lease negotiations and CAM reconciliation processes • Contribute to special projects improving asset strategy and operational efficiency

What You Bring
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Experience in real estate, private equity, or financial analysis (preferred) • Financial modeling or advanced Excel expertise (preferred) • Market research and report writing experience (preferred) • Familiarity with real estate metrics, valuation methods, or industry software (preferred)
