About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Internal Communications Coordinator for APAC to partner with the Internal Communications Lead, delivering engaging, consistent, and timely communication to employees across the region and aligning with regional and enterprise counterparts. The role offers variety, from drafting and publishing content across multiple internal channels to supporting town halls, managing the communications calendar, and using engagement insights to shape future communications, all within an energetic, high‑performing team. • Support drafting, editing and publishing internal communications across multiple formats and channels. • Provide logistics and content support for APAC town halls and other internal events. • Assist with development of visual assets and presentation decks, partnering with the visual design team. • Support Regional Marcomms Advisors to deliver effective internal communications while maintaining a consistent APAC‑wide approach. • Manage the APAC internal communications calendar (Monday.com) to ensure timely messaging across channels. • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, upload intranet articles, and promote cross‑channel engagement. • Maintain internal distribution lists, communication workflows, and content libraries.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a role with internal communications exposure. • Strong writing and editing skills with high attention to detail. • Understanding of internal communications nuances and their role in employee engagement. • Exceptional organisation and time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities. • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build trusted relationships across locations and functions. • Curiosity, adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑moving environment. • Confidence working across channels, audiences and formats, and learning new tools quickly. • Commercial awareness and a continuous improvement mindset, using data and feedback to lift engagement and outcomes.
