About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments in preparation for move‑in as well as to clean occupied apartments on a weekly basis or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule outlined for the cleaning of the common areas of the Community, and assure that the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained. • Clean vacant apartments for move‑in using the company checklist and report problems to the Housekeeping Supervisor. • Clean occupied, respite, and guest apartments as scheduled, following the checklist and reporting issues. • Detail clean halls and other common areas per schedule or supervisor request; maintain cleaning‑supplies inventory and report needs. • Keep laundry and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized; empty dryer lint traps daily and clean behind washers/dryers weekly.
