About the Role
As a Senior Sales Engineer you will manage small accounts that require less technically complex HVAC solutions. You will build relationships with end‑user customers, understand their needs and propose solutions within established pricing and margin frameworks. You will deepen product and industry knowledge, plan an annual order strategy aligned with departmental goals, and drive year‑over‑year sales growth in the region. Your duties include preparing tenders, leading negotiations, closing orders, collecting payments, and delivering regular performance reports while fostering long‑term customer satisfaction. • Study product knowledge and continuously improve domain expertise. • Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with department goals. • Achieve business sales targets with year‑over‑year growth in the region. • Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. • Lead negotiations and bidding activities to optimize profit margins. • Close orders and ensure timely payment collection. • Provide monthly financial and non‑financial performance reports. • Develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction. • Generate sales leads, identify customer requirements, and conduct cold calls. • Monitor competitors’ activities and report findings regularly. • Independently develop and follow up HVAC projects, providing solutions. • Promote HVAC products and systems to design institutes, industry associations, and integrators. • Explore and execute end‑to‑end HVAC projects delivering product and industry solutions.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor’s degree—preferably in Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical or Electronic engineering—and 1‑3 years of direct sales experience with industrial machinery. Candidates should be self‑motivated, hardworking, possess strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills, and be fluent in spoken and written English.
