About the Role

Key duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours, and presenting apartment features and community amenities. The associate processes applications, performs background checks, prepares lease documents, and coordinates renewals, move‑ins, and move‑outs. Additional responsibilities involve maintaining a clean tour‑ready environment, supporting resident retention initiatives, and participating in marketing and community outreach. • Greet prospects, qualify them, and schedule/property tours. • Process leasing applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documents. • Facilitate renewals, move‑ins, and move‑outs to ensure smooth resident transitions. • Maintain clean, tour‑ready model units and common areas. • Support resident retention initiatives, lease renewal campaigns, and plan resident events. • Lead safe and healthy work practices in compliance with policies and regulations. • Perform property walkthroughs, including stairs and outdoor areas, and lift items up to 50 lb. • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and some evenings.
