About the Role

What You Bring

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Auditor to oversee our quality control processes in a manufacturing environment. The role involves reviewing products for customer compliance, assessing production procedures, and evaluating process adherence, as well as training employees on quality standards. Success requires in‑depth knowledge of manufacturing practices and strong written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications required are a high school diploma or GED, with post‑secondary industry coursework and ASQ certification preferred, along with at least three years of relevant industry experience. Proficiency in quality management software, exceptional attention to detail, advanced organizational abilities, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential. The role demands effective written and spoken communication, sound decision‑making, analytical problem‑solving, multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lb and sitting or standing for up to 95 % of work hours, with periodic visits to the manufacturing facility that may involve hot or cold temperatures, dust, and chemical fumes.
