About the Role

Mortenson is seeking a Laborer I who will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts. • Load and unload equipment • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging • Perform general cleanup and debris removal • Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete • Build relationships with diverse colleagues

Unsolicited agency communications are not accepted without a valid agreement. • Tend mortar and grout; move between wheelbarrows and buckets • Vibrate concrete • Completed two‑year apprenticeship • Construction experience preferred • Proficient with power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies • Strong teamwork, positive attitude, customer service, detail orientation, active listening, and effective communication • Able to perform repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance or equipment)
