About the Role

• Manage Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Software for budgeting and forecasting. • Serve as power user and subject matter expert for Oracle EPBCS, troubleshooting and optimizing the system. • Lead quarterly forecast and annual budget consolidation across all CoStar businesses. • Collaborate with business unit finance teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data. • Maintain metadata, hierarchies, and business rules in Oracle Planning and Budgeting. • Design and create PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership for quarterly business reviews. • Own and manage the corporate financial forecast model and support long‑term strategic financial planning. • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities against budgets and forecasts. • Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed.

What You Bring

CoStar is seeking a Sr. Financial & Business Systems Analyst in Arlington, VA, with in‑office work Monday‑Friday and possible relocation support. The analyst will manage the corporate financial consolidation process across multiple business units, ensure data integrity, and deliver timely reporting to support strategic decision‑making. This position demands strong financial analysis, data modeling, and business intelligence skills, as well as a passion for streamlining workflows and enabling data‑driven decisions. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, along with at least five years of professional experience and three years in FP&A. Candidates must have experience handling large data sets, integrating data from multiple systems, and using financial and budgeting applications, including prior Oracle EPM or ERP experience. Advanced Excel modeling and familiarity with tools such as Smart View, Power BI, or Power Query are preferred, especially within a public‑traded or large SaaS environment. • Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in FP&A. • Experience with large data sets and integrating data from multiple systems. • Proficiency with financial and budgeting applications; prior Oracle EPM/ERP experience required. • Advanced financial modeling in Excel; experience with Smart View, Power BI, or Power Query preferred. • FP&A experience in a publicly traded or large SaaS company preferred.
