Job Highlights
About the Role
Engineers will support senior staff in creating design plans, performing calculations, researching code provisions, and preparing technical reports. They will also contribute to cost estimating, ensure quality assurance and control of design outputs, and develop proficiency with AutoCAD and structural analysis tools such as STAAD and Enercalc. • Evaluate and apply engineering techniques to develop designs and reports under senior guidance. • Assist senior engineers with civil and marine design plans, calculations, and cost estimates. • Research code provisions, interpret engineering drawings, and prepare technical documentation. • Perform self QA/QC on design methodology, plans, and calculations, responding to supervisor reviews. • Develop proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, Enercalc, and other structural design software. • Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required, and compensation ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 depending on qualifications. • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering; EIT certification required; PE license preferred. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
