About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative (Equipment Rental Specialist) supports telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with construction or industrial tools and equipment. The position may require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and work can be indoors or outdoors as needed. Strong customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and previous equipment‑rental experience are essential. Completion of the DOT Qualification process is preferred, and bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be advantageous in certain locations. • Use your inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours & potential overtime • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment • Previous equipment rental industry experience • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations

Field
