What You Bring
Upon graduation, successful interns may join Syska Hennessy Group full‑time through the Engineering Development Training (EDT) program, an accelerated curriculum that blends technical and business training under mentorship from senior engineers. The program also requires EIT/FE certification. • Pursue a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. • Have completed at least two years of undergraduate study. • Possess prior engineering internship or co‑op experience (preferred). • Know the latest version of MEP AutoCAD and Revit (preferred). • Be familiar with design/calculation software and the MS Office suite.
