About the Role

The Junior Project Manager will manage production and coordination of contract deliverables such as field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications, ensuring they meet contract requirements and MG2 quality standards. They will collaborate with internal designers and external consultants, conduct code research, support project administration, and enforce firm‑wide documentation standards. The role also includes generating specifications, participating in QA/QC reviews, handling submittals to permitting authorities, and supporting construction administration through site visits, field reports, and RFI responses, while adhering to project schedules and budgets. • Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables including surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. • Ensure deliverables align with contract terms, design intent, and MG2 quality standards. • Collaborate with internal design staff to integrate design outputs into contract documents and specifications. • Coordinate deliverables with external consultants and project partners. • Conduct comprehensive code research and feasibility studies, liaising with AHJ representatives. • Provide administrative support: create meeting agendas/minutes, update trackers, complete permit applications, maintain RFI/submittal logs, and generate project reports. • Apply firm‑wide documentation standards, using MG2 templates and graphics. • Guide staff on implementation of design standards. • Generate accurate project specifications consistent with scope and design intent. • Participate in QA/QC reviews of all deliverables, including consultant documents. • Manage external submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs, handling associated administrative tasks. • Support construction administration: attend site visits, produce field reports, review submittals and RFIs, and issue formal responses. • Deliver work on schedule, demonstrating understanding of design intent and project budget.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field and have at least six years of professional experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and collaboration tools such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams is required, along with demonstrated experience in coordinating construction documents and construction administration. Strong English communication skills are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. • Possess 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office. • Experienced with collaboration software such as Bluebeam, Miro, and Teams. • Experienced coordinating architectural construction documents across varied project types and scales. • Skilled in construction administration, including RFI/submittal review, field reporting, and project close‑out. • Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
