About the Role
PJM offers a hybrid flexible work arrangement for the Stakeholder Process Specialist. The role provides training, coordination, and process support for PJM’s stakeholder committees and groups, working closely with management to implement strategies that build effective stakeholder support. The specialist assists the Manager of Stakeholder Process & Engagement and the broader Stakeholder Affairs team in maintaining and updating the PJM Stakeholder Process Manual while identifying efficiencies in internal procedures. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tools and processes that ensure timely, accurate execution of the stakeholder process, communicating strategies for continual evolution, and partnering with the Stakeholder Affairs team to address emerging issues. The specialist trains PJM staff on the process manual and related systems, supports onboarding of new members, handles meeting logistics, voting applications, and issue‑tracking tools, and creates and maintains training materials and reference documentation. Additional duties involve serving as secretary for committees, managing secured meeting registrations, providing technical support for stakeholder‑process applications, and coordinating automated posting of meeting materials and communications. • Provide training, coordination, and process support for stakeholder committees and groups. • Assist management in implementing strategies to build stakeholder support. • Maintain and update the PJM Stakeholder Process Manual and improve internal procedures. • Develop and implement tools ensuring timely, accurate stakeholder processes. • Partner with Stakeholder Affairs to address emerging stakeholder issues. • Train PJM staff on the Stakeholder Process Manual and related systems. • Support onboarding of new members, meeting logistics, voting applications, and issue tracking. • Create and maintain training materials, guides, and reference documentation. • Serve as secretary for committees and manage secured meeting registrations. • Provide technical support for Voting Application, Roster Manager, Issue Tracking, and access security. • Coordinate automated posting of meeting materials and stakeholder communications. • Assist with stakeholder meeting calendar and event planning (Annual Meeting, symposiums, conferences).

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to visualize and solve complex problems with a customer‑focused mindset. Candidates must have experience with the PJM stakeholder process, committee formats, and voting procedures, and be able to partner with internal teams to deliver efficient support. A preferred MBA and experience with PJM operations, markets, planning functions, and industry issues are advantageous. • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑focus skills. • Experience with PJM stakeholder process, committee formats, and voting procedures. • Preferred: MBA and experience with PJM operations, markets, planning, and industry issues.
