What You Bring
Candidates should have a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience, or three to four years of direct rental industry experience. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required. Strong leadership, communication, and an understanding of P&L and key financial controls are essential. • Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history • Strong leadership and communication skills • Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls • Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing • Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful • High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business

Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $102,438, with the starting rate varying by location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, disability, life and travel insurance, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. Benefits become effective on the first of the month after 30 days of employment, and paid time off includes 12‑25 vacation days, 5 sick days, holidays, floating and inclusion days, and volunteer time.
