About the Role
The Project Manager II provides overall management direction on complex projects, establishing objectives through planning and budgeting while serving as the primary client contact. This position is responsible for monitoring construction and financial activities, delivering project financial results, and maintaining safety through the IIF culture. • Perform pre‑construction duties • Lead job transition and start‑up processes • Manage cost and schedule • Manage cash flow • Direct and oversee staff • Manage client relationships • Oversee generation and submittal of technical records • Manage the construction process • Manage project safety and risk management processes • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training and certifications

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least four years of construction experience, or eight years of related experience, plus two years as a Project Manager I. The role demands proven ability to manage projects safely, productively, and effectively.
