About the Role

The ICS Engineer Level II is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining all Operational Technology (OT) network‑connected devices, systems and applications within the ICS environment, including SCADA and Energy Management Control Systems. Working with limited guidance, the engineer resolves issues from endpoints through communication layers, assists with installations and maintenance of rack‑mounted equipment such as UPS, STS, ATS, and camera systems, and ensures system reliability. • Support System Security Plan integrity and create corrective action plans. • Develop, finalize, and submit documentation for SCADA/EMCS work and testing. • Troubleshoot and diagnose endpoint device errors and integration issues in SCADA. • Set up and configure OT equipment and network interface devices. • Verify data accuracy, metering values, and alarm points. • Maintain and install rack‑mounted electrical equipment correctly. • Record and update asset documentation in the ICS environment. • Provide guidance and support to team members for SCADA/EMCS upkeep. • Research, analyze, and apply rules and regulations to recommend timely solutions.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with experience) or 7 years equivalent experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of rack‑mounted electrical equipment, programmable controllers, and metering methods. • Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP, SNMP, BACnet, etc.). • Communicate effectively orally and in writing and maintain good working relationships. • Be a U.S. citizen and obtain/maintain required intelligence‑community clearance. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record and pass background/drug screening. • Ability to team‑lift up to 50 lb.
