About the Role
The Facilities Maintenance Technician III works under supervision to perform essential preventive maintenance and repair of building plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including refrigeration and air‑conditioning units. • Repair, maintain, and monitor all equipment and amenities. • Diagnose equipment issues and assist in process‑related problem diagnosis through teamwork. • Change HVAC filters as required. • Replace interior and exterior light bulbs. • Inspect and clean gutters and downspouts. • Inspect and service roof structure. • Create and close work orders in CMMS, recording labor hours, maintenance actions, and parts used. • Carry a company cell phone for site‑wide communication. • Participate in a 24/7 emergency on‑call schedule. • Assist, escort, and verify work of outside service personnel, inspectors, and vendors. • Keep workspace neat, clean, and free of clutter. • Follow OSHA, safety, and PPE requirements.

What You Bring
This full‑time role requires the ability to stand for long periods, walk on various surfaces, frequently reach, twist, kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 lb, as well as operate tools, computers, and vehicles. The employee must be able to work in high‑pressure situations, handle exposure to mechanical, electrical, noise, and inclement weather hazards, and be on a 24/7 on‑call schedule as needed. • HS diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance, mechanical/electrical, or aviation ground support experience (preferred). • Certification in a skilled trade or system (required). • Experience performing preventative maintenance on equipment. • Professional painting experience (plus). • Commercial carpentry experience (plus). • Pass a drug test. • Pass a Keystone Management background check. • Pass a driving history check. • Hold a current driver's license. • Flexible and reliable for all shifts to support projects and clients.
