About the Role

• Provide technical guidance to designers and junior engineers on rotating equipment. • Specify, select, and oversee compressors, turbines, pumps, utility equipment, packaged units, and bulk solids processing systems. • Prepare datasheets, specifications, and requisitions for rotating machinery. • Conduct technical bid evaluations and review vendor drawings. • Coordinate technical information with vendors and internal engineering specialists. • Witness acceptance tests at vendor facilities and support field commissioning and startup. • Travel globally for short‑term assignments as needed.

What You Bring

The Principal Technical Professional – Mechanical (Rotary Equipment) works under general supervision while independently applying engineering expertise to solve complex problems and represent the organization in technical forums. The role requires strong spoken and written English communication and involves global travel for short‑term assignments at overseas offices and project sites. • Apply at least 12 years of progressive experience in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, LNG, ammonia, ethylene, or offshore facilities. • Hold a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Demonstrate hands‑on knowledge of API standards such as API‑610, API‑617, API‑619, and API‑675; familiarity with API standards for steam and gas turbines is a plus.
