About the Role
The Project Construction Specialist for Engineering/Design provides advanced civil engineering expertise across a diverse portfolio, supporting both design and fabrication activities within shop operations. The role prepares, reviews, and validates shop drawings to ensure they are precise, fabrication‑ready, and aligned with structural integrity requirements, standards, codes, and regulations. • Prepare, review, and validate shop drawings from engineering designs. • Ensure drawings are precise, fabrication‑ready, and meet project objectives. • Verify compliance with structural integrity requirements, standards, codes, and regulations. • Lead departmental training, onboarding new team members, and develop training programs. • Support design and fabrication activities within shop operations.
