About the Role

In this role you will learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers, providing general residential plumbing services while representing the company in a professional, courteous, and customer‑service‑oriented manner on every call. You will diagnose on‑site problems, accurately estimate repair costs, fix issues correctly the first time, and maintain continuous, value‑added communication with homeowners. • Provide general residential plumbing services and diagnose on‑site problems. • Accurately estimate repair costs and ensure first‑time fixes with clear homeowner communication. • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment per manufacturer specifications. • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while adhering to safety rules and regulatory requirements. • Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and the value of Reliance products and programs. • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and eligibility for President’s Club trips.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are dependable, ambitious, and eager to advance with Reliance. The position requires a mandatory 306A Certified License, at least five years of plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, and the physical ability to perform all job duties.
