About the Role
The open position supports road worksite activities by directing traffic, keeping the site clean, and operating tools and equipment. The employee will collaborate with team members to keep projects on schedule and communicate any changes or needs on the jobsite. • Direct traffic and assist with road worksite activities to ensure safety. • Maintain a clean and safe work area by clearing debris and managing materials. • Operate tools and equipment efficiently to support jobsite tasks. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule. • Commit to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. • Work in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and high noise levels.
