Job Highlights
About the Role
• Escalate all operations‑related issues. • Coordinate with LOBs, support functions, landlords and stakeholders to front‑end service delivery. • Lead technicians and BMS operators for smooth electromechanical and engineering operations. • Support soft services team and communicate with LOBs and stakeholders. • Conduct scheduled facility inspections and track work orders in the Prism tool with proper documentation. • Monitor workplace email, respond to employees and lead employee communications. • Ensure vendor work complies with permits and guidelines. • Issue gate passes for material exiting the office. • Follow up with vendors for quotes and invoices. • Raise purchase orders after approvals. • Escalate incidents during shift according to process. • Prepare reports and maintain MIS. • Manage hand‑over and take‑over activities between technicians and BMS operators during shift changes.
