About the Role
The Service Account Manager will own the relationship between service operations and data‑center hyperscale and colocation clients, ensuring contracted services are delivered to meet customer satisfaction and company goals. The role involves developing and maintaining service playbooks, coordinating mission‑critical work orders, managing profitable service delivery, overseeing cash flow and billing, communicating financial status, maintaining customer satisfaction and renewal rates, handling complaints, and leading a team of Service Specialists and Project Engineers. • Develop, refine, and update the service playbook for assigned customer programs. • Coordinate and manage work for customers, including creation of mission‑critical work orders. • Ensure profitable execution of service delivery plans and direct installation work. • Manage cash flow, costs, billing, and receivables; maintain portfolio profitability. • Communicate financial status to the Client Manager Director. • Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve renewal rate targets. • Implement corrective actions for employee or customer complaints and monitor feedback. • Lead, coach, and mentor Service Specialists, Service Project Engineers, or Managers; ensure timely training. • Travel up to 25% to data‑center sites nationwide.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, four or more years of experience on high‑impact cross‑functional projects, and be willing to travel up to 25 % to data‑center sites nationwide. Preferred qualifications include multitasking ability, problem‑solving skills, a bachelor's degree, strong communication, business and accounting acumen, team leadership, organization, and prior HVAC or building‑automation experience. • Required: High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of high‑impact cross‑functional project experience. • Preferred: Ability to multitask, strong problem‑solving, bachelor's degree, excellent written and verbal communication, business and accounting acumen, team building, coaching, organization, and HVAC/Building Automation experience. • Location: Remote or Atlanta, GA; EST/CST time zones preferred.
