About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for meeting top‑line sales targets by establishing and nurturing relationships with end‑user partners and trade associations. Key duties include identifying regional accounts for conversion, presenting product solutions, and driving adoption of DEWALT tools and services. After conversion, the manager will continue to grow accounts through customized solutions and strategic partnerships, while collaborating with Channel Marketing on trade‑show representation and other initiatives. The role also involves mentoring local market teams on end‑user development processes, guiding them on contact strategies, purchasing workflows, and alignment with product managers and distributors. Performance will be tracked in Salesforce.com with clear KPIs, and successes will be communicated to streamline future opportunities. • Achieve top‑line sales targets for DEWALT brands within the assigned user base. • Build and maintain relationships with end‑user partners, trade associations, and key decision‑makers. • Identify and convert regional end‑user accounts, driving adoption of products and services. • Develop post‑conversion accounts through tailored solutions and strategic partnerships. • Collaborate with Channel Marketing on trade shows and marketing initiatives. • Mentor local market teams on end‑user development and purchasing processes. • Track performance using Salesforce.com and meet defined KPIs.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent construction‑field experience, and have at least five years of sales or marketing experience in construction supplies. Proven success selling to senior executives, C‑suite leaders, and job‑site directors, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 50% are required. Applicants must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin areas. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent construction experience). • Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in construction supplies, selling to C‑suite and job‑site directors. • Valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 50%, and residence in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin, TX.
