About the Role
As a Superintendent reporting to the Project Executive, you will supervise construction to meet design, budget, and schedule goals, plan and coordinate onsite functions, ensure subcontractor compliance, and provide technical assistance on drawings and methods. You will assist project management with schedule development, site logistics, safety plan support, and coordinate with on‑site Owner staff. Additional assignments are performed as directed. • Supervise construction to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule. • Plan, coordinate, and oversee onsite functions including scheduling and subcontractor coordination. • Ensure crafts and subcontractors adhere to contract documents, material usage, and project timeline. • Provide technical assistance on drawings, construction methods, and equipment selection. • Assist in developing project schedules, site logistics plans, and implementing procedures and standards. • Support the Site Specific Safety Plan and coordinate with on‑site Owner personnel.

What You Bring
Required qualifications include a four‑year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (desired) and at least 20 years of supervisory experience on large heavy civil infrastructure projects valued over $200 million. You must have a minimum of 10 years as a construction superintendent or craft supervisor with experience in piles, concrete, and structural steel, plus knowledge of U.S. construction methods, contract management, and local trade unions. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy Bid, OSHA and First Aid certifications, and strong written and verbal communication are required. • Hold a four‑year degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). • Minimum 20 years supervisory field experience on heavy civil projects exceeding $200 million. • At least 10 years as a construction superintendent or craft supervisor with piles, concrete, and structural steel experience. • Knowledge of U.S. construction methods, contract management, and local trade/unions. • Proficient in MS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid; OSHA and First Aid certified. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
