About the Role
The Sr. Inside Sales Representative, also called Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, identifying equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing rental orders, while also supporting dispatch logistics and mentoring teammates. • Support telephone and walk‑in customers with equipment rentals • Place rental orders and coordinate equipment delivery • Assist with dispatch logistics and train other team members • Maintain professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction

What You Bring
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and relevant experience—either three years in equipment rental or a degree plus one year in the field—and possess strong customer service, telephone, and computer skills. • High School diploma or GED required • Valid Driver’s license required • At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or 4 year degree + 1 year equipment rental industry preferred • Strong customer service & telephone skills • Solid computer and administrative skills • Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations • Understand customer equipment needs and negotiate rental agreements
