About the Role

The Solutions & Implementation Specialist will work under an experienced Solutions Leader as a go‑to expert for the Agent Solutions product suite, helping sales teams articulate value, sell more and retain Real Estate Agency customers across an assigned region. The role involves delivering product demos, training webinars, and embedding Domain as an essential partner to client business functions, while offering autonomy and pathways to product or sales management careers. The role’s day‑to‑day includes partnering with Agency Sales Teams to craft and deliver value‑focused sales pitches, providing demos and training, relaying client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product, supporting contract renewal conversations, attending sales meetings and roadshows, and monitoring market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities. • Deliver product demos and training webinars for Agent Solutions. • Partner with Agency Sales Teams to create value‑focused sales pitches. • Provide client feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. • Support contract renewal conversations to retain clients. • Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows. • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and identify opportunities. • Expand knowledge to become an industry expert in real‑estate tech solutions.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, has strong account management and sales experience in the real‑estate sector, is comfortable client‑facing, familiar with CRM systems, and possesses a valid Australian driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle (car allowance provided). Preferred experience includes SaaS or tech industry exposure and technical or training expertise with SaaS platforms. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Strong account management and sales experience in real‑estate. • Experience with new business development. • Comfortable presenting in client‑facing meetings. • Familiarity with CRM system functions. • Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (car allowance provided). • Tech/SaaS industry experience (nice to have). • Technical or training experience with SaaS platforms (nice to have).
