About the Role
As a Call Center Agent on the Customer Service team, you will support lead generation and sales by processing submitted leads, verifying homeowner information, confirming availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging interest. You will interact with customers and employees across all Mad City markets to help start the home‑improvement process. • Manage appointments generated from face‑to‑face sources and enter them into the CRM. • Accurately document all call attempts with appropriate dispositions and detailed notes. • Handle inbound calls from promoters and make outbound calls to verify unverified leads. • Participate in regular department contests and achieve personal and team goals. • Maintain a professional presence and a team‑first mindset. • Provide reliable attendance and consistent performance. • Take part in continuous team events, incentives, and company celebrations.
