About the Role

The Soft Service Manager for the Mumbai property will lead the housekeeping team, maintaining excellent hygiene standards and supporting the Property Manager on various projects. This role reports directly to the Property Manager and collaborates with vendors to ensure smooth site operations. Based at a commercial site in Mumbai, the manager oversees a small onsite team and works a 48‑hour weekly schedule. Responsibilities include planning work, conducting briefings, and managing budgets and inventory to sustain operational efficiency. • Oversee all housekeeping activities to meet client hygiene requirements. • Inspect work against specifications and established SOPs. • Create schedules, assign tasks to supervisors, and conduct regular briefings. • Ensure staff discipline, proper attire, and professional etiquette. • Manage vendor relationships and resolve site‑related issues. • Maintain records of work hours, budgets, and inventory levels. • Conduct frequent site rounds to assess facility conditions and equipment functionality. • Monitor cleaning performance and implement corrective actions as needed. • Deliver training on policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Prepare and present operational reports such as DMR, MMR, and QBR. • Recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. • Handle financial tasks, including cost estimation and budget management.

What You Bring
