About the Role

• Conduct new hire orientations and integration tasks for a positive onboarding experience. • Support regional career check‑in process. • Process non‑exempt to exempt class changes per federal and state law. • Identify and assign participants to internal training programs. • Organize and facilitate regional “Strong Start” face‑to‑face training sessions. • Collaborate with HR Partners on termination paperwork, exit interviews, and personnel filing. • Update employee workflow changes in the HRIS (new hires, class changes, supervisor changes, terminations). • Perform regular HRIS audits to ensure data accuracy. • Track employee licensure processes and related job updates. • Respond promptly to employee inquiries. • Assist with employee‑relations issues, performance management, team building, conflict resolution, career development, and training facilitation. • Respond to marketing requests for external clients and project pursuits. • Support region‑wide or company‑wide special projects.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. • Minimum 4 years of HR experience. • Demonstrated interest in HR (internships or post‑graduate work acceptable). • Pursuit of aPHR, PHR, or SHRM‑CP certification. • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; willingness to learn new software. • Experience with UKG Pro or other HRIS preferred. • Ability to travel to regional offices and maintain confidentiality. • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent time‑management, organization, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. • High sense of urgency, ownership, and follow‑through; collaborative mindset.
