About the Role

The role involves safely operating a skid‑steer, telehandler, front‑end loader and excavator to support production and material handling. You will assist with day‑to‑day maintenance on a mobile crushing plant, handle breakdowns, setups and relocations, and conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Loading materials efficiently to meet production and quality targets and communicating effectively with team members while following all safety protocols are also essential. • Operate skid‑steer, telehandler, front‑end loader and excavator safely to support production. • Perform day‑to‑day maintenance on mobile crushing plant, including breakdowns, setups, and moves. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks. • Load materials efficiently to meet production and quality targets. • Communicate with team while adhering to safety protocols. • Commit to safety and follow operating procedures. • Perform basic equipment checks and promptly report issues.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates proficient in heavy‑equipment operation with strong situational awareness. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment and a strong commitment to safety are required. Candidates must be capable of performing basic equipment checks, reporting issues promptly, and be reliable, adaptable, and able to work in various outdoor conditions. Employment is contingent on a post‑offer physical examination and background check. The work environment includes moving mechanical equipment and exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity and high noise levels. The plant moves across Southern Alberta every three to four months, and leave‑of‑absence and accommodations are provided when the site is more than an hour from Calgary.
